Acrylic Finish and Acrylic Stucco Options
Acrylic stucco is the most popular exterior choice we install in Twin Cities Metro and Suburbs, and for good reason. It's flexible enough to handle the movement that comes with temperature swings, it holds stucco color without fading fast, and it's available in a wide range of stucco textures β from fine-sand smooth to heavier aggregate looks.
We carry multiple acrylic finish product lines so we can match what's already on your home or build something new from scratch. If you want a texture finish that photographs well and holds up on a north-facing wall that barely sees sun, acrylic is usually the right call.
Dash Finish and Decorative Stucco Textures
A dash finish gives walls a classic look that fits a lot of older Twin Cities Metro and Suburbs homes, and it's one of the textures we apply most often. The aggregate gets thrown or sprayed onto the base coat at a set pressure, which controls how coarse or fine the final stucco texture reads from the street.
Beyond the standard dash, we do full decorative stucco work β custom stucco patterns, shaped details, and color combinations that set a property apart. If you've seen a stucco design on a building and want something similar, bring us a photo. We can usually match or adapt it.
Interior Stucco and Custom Color Coats
Interior stucco is a different animal than exterior work. The mix is different, the finish coat thickness changes, and the texture finish options are broader because you're not fighting moisture and UV. We do interior stucco on feature walls, fireplaces, ceilings, and commercial spaces across Twin Cities Metro and Suburbs.
For any project, interior or exterior, our color coat process includes a test panel so you see the actual stucco color dried under real light before we cover the whole surface. Stucco color can shift as it cures, and we factor that in from the start.
